Recently, the Chongqing Ballet Troupe unveiled a revitalized version of their acclaimed wartime-themed ballet "Red shoes" at Chongqing's Guotai Art Center, marking the launch of its 2025 national tour. Since its 2023 debut, the production has garnered widespread acclaim from audiences and critics worldwide. Now, in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of China’s victory in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the global triumph over fascism in 2025, the ballet has been meticulously reimagined with enhanced storytelling, stage design, and artistic depth.
